Privacy or account deletion
Email from your account address where possible. Include your account reference (under “My data”) and the event name if relevant. Say whether you want access, correction, deletion or help with another privacy right. Do not send your password or identity documents unless a necessary secure verification method has been agreed. Requests are handled manually; opening an email link does not submit one.
Event questions
For registration, eligibility or results, use the organiser’s privacy/contact details on the event card. If those details are missing or you cannot reach the organiser, email the platform contact above.
Security and abuse
Describe the affected page and what happened. Avoid sending unrelated player information. Ask for a secure way to provide sensitive evidence if needed.
